Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Raven & Ruin purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Do not return products to the address shown on the original shipping package, as this may be a supplier or fulfillment facility that cannot process customer returns. We will provide return instructions after your request has been reviewed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number along with clear photographs or video showing the issue and packaging. Once reviewed, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping
